fabbed these two pieces to run under the mount. the straps that hold the ceel into the mount will attach to the ends of these pieces.

turned a couple of threaded bungs to fit the 1 inch .095 wall tubing.

Got the inside plate mounted on the left side and started on the right. Spun out an aluminum "drill guide" to perfectly align the .500 holes in the inside plate. Eric, a question for you. Do I need to plate the bottom in the rear. I really do not want to as it's a place for dirt and moisture to collect.
